Speaking of bad water runoffs

I was down at the southveiw cementary March 31, 2007 i was shooting some pictures and what did i see was alot of debree in the runoffs that go to the hoosic river you would not believe the mess down there i got pictures of a gas can in the water oh my god how is it that people have no respect for nature i will bring this to the attention of joe overlock to see what can be done and does anyone read this message board

Well, I've read it.

I'm not sure what we can do about it - - it doesn't sound like a "point source" (like a discharge pipe) that would be easy to identify and rectify. Maybe a riverwalk with HOORWA.
